Pricing policy

This Pricing Policy applies to all international wholesale orders, B2B procurement contracts, and OEM/ODM manufacturing requests processed through our official website https://blanketlasante.com/, operated by Sammy Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lasante’").

1. Global Currency & Base Pricing

To ensure smooth international trade, all quotes, commercial invoices, and export contracts are issued in US Dollars (USD) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Export Base Rates: Catalog prices listed on our website serve as baseline rates for retail or sample purchases. Quantity discounts will automatically apply based on total units per SKU or total container volume.
Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Quotations remain valid for 14 consecutive days from the issue date. Orders confirmed after this period may be updated to reflect current market exchange rates.

2. Trade Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

Our standard export pricing is structured under Incoterms® 2020 to maintain complete clarity regarding freight, insurance, and duties:

FOB (Free On Board - Haiphong Port / Cat Lai Port): Our default wholesale price. Covers manufacturing, export-standard packaging, quality inspection, and inland transit to the origin port in Vietnam.
CIF / CFR (Destination Port): Available upon request. Ocean freight and marine insurance charges will be listed separately based on market rates at the time of order placement.
EXW (Ex Works - Hanoi Factory): Suitable for international partners who manage their own freight logistics within Vietnam.

3. Tiered Volume Discounts & Bulk Orders

We offer flexible discount structures for large orders of luxury bedding, quilts, and home textiles based on minimum order quantities (MOQ), custom sample requests, and total volume.

Larger order volumes qualify for higher discounts, with final pricing negotiated and agreed upon directly between buyer and seller.

4. Custom Manufacturing (OEM / ODM) & Private Labeling

For custom requirements (such as bespoke dimensions, thread count variations, organic fabric certifications, or custom branding):

Sample Fee: Physical product samples require a non-refundable fee depending on design complexity. This sample cost is fully deducted from your final balance upon signing the official production contract.
Labeling & Packaging: Custom woven labels, wash care tags, and branded packaging require an initial setup fee, which is waived for orders exceeding 1,000 units.

5. Payment & Wire Transfer Terms

International transactions follow standard global commercial procedures:

Payment Schedule: Advance deposits and balance payment terms are determined per the official contract agreed upon by both parties.
Beneficiary Account: Wire transfers must be sent directly to the official corporate bank account of Sammy Vietnam Co., Ltd.

6. Taxes, Customs Duties & Trade Agreements

Tax obligations, customs clearance fees, and trade preferences for export orders comply with International Trade Law and current regulations in both export and import countries.

Import Duties: All import tariffs, excise taxes, and destination customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer (Importer).
Export Clearances: The Seller (Lasante’) handles all standard export clearance procedures in Vietnam and assists in providing necessary Certificates of Origin (C/O) under applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), where eligible.
