PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
This Product Warranty Policy explains how Lasante / Sammy Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“Lasante”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides warranty service for products sold through our website and official sales channels.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Product Warranty Policy.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all bedding products and related items that:
- Are purchased directly from our official website blanketlasante.com or other domains operated by Lasante.
- Are purchased via our official hotline, email, or authorized sales representatives in Vietnam.
For hotel, resort, hospitality projects and OEM/ODM orders, warranty terms may be specified separately in contracts or written agreements between the parties.
2. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects in fabric, stitching, filling, or structure.
- Defects arising from production processes that affect normal use of the product.
- Other technical issues confirmed by our quality team as related to manufacturing.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage, or care that is inconsistent with our instructions (see Section 6 – Exclusions).
3. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or contract, the standard warranty periods are:
- Mattresses and mattress toppers: up to 10 years for structural defects, depending on product type and specification.
- Blankets, duvets, comforters, pillows, bed linens and other bedding products: up to 6–12 months for manufacturing defects, depending on product category.
The exact warranty period for each product type may be indicated on the product label, warranty card, invoice, or product description at the time of purchase.
The warranty period starts from the date shown on the official sales invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
4. Conditions for Warranty Service
To be eligible for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- You provide a valid invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase from Lasante or our authorized channels.
- The product is within its applicable warranty period.
- The defect is confirmed by our technical or quality team as a manufacturing defect or covered issue under this policy.
We may require photos, videos, or inspection of the product to verify the issue before approving warranty service.
5. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us

- Order number or invoice information.
- Description of the issue and photos/videos showing the defect.

- Our customer service and quality team will review the information, and may ask for additional details or request physical inspection if needed.
- Decision and solution
- Once the defect is confirmed to be covered by this warranty, we will inform you of the approved solution, which may include:
- Repair or replacement of the product (same or equivalent model).
- Partial or full refund in special cases where repair or replacement is not feasible (coordinated with our Return and Refund Policy).

We aim to process warranty requests within a reasonable time frame, depending on product type, inspection requirements, and stock availability.
6. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or use for purposes other than normal household or hospitality use.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, washing, drying, ironing, storage or exposure to moisture, mold, excessive heat, or direct sunlight contrary to our care instructions.
- Stains, odors, discoloration, or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage caused by pets, insects, sharp objects, or accidents.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by any third party not authorized by Lasante.
- Products without valid proof of purchase, or with information that has been tampered with or is inconsistent with our records.
For mattresses and structural products, the warranty does not cover minor changes in comfort or firmness over time which are considered normal characteristics of foam or filling materials.
7. Warranty Service Options
Depending on the nature of the defect and product type, warranty service may include one or more of the following options:
- Repair: fixing the defect or replacing defective parts while maintaining the original product.
- Replacement: providing the same or an equivalent product of equal or higher value if repair is not feasible.
- Other solutions: in special cases, we may offer alternative solutions such as discounts on future purchases or coordinated handling under our Return and Refund Policy.
The choice of warranty solution is determined by Lasante based on technical assessment and product availability.
8. Shipping and Handling for Warranty
Shipping and handling for warranty service are managed as follows:
- If the defect is clearly a manufacturing or covered defect, we may support all or part of the shipping costs for sending the product to our designated address, or arrange pickup where possible.
- If inspection reveals that the issue is not covered by this warranty, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs for product return or reshipment.
Specific arrangements regarding logistics and costs will be communicated clearly during the warranty process for each case.
9. Relationship with Other Policies
This Product Warranty Policy should be read together with our:

- Return and Refund Policy
- Any specific contract terms for hotel, project, or OEM/ODM orders.
In the event of any discrepancy between this policy and a signed contract, the contract terms will prevail for the products and services covered by that contract.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lasante’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or other approved solutions described in this policy.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to This Product Warranty Policy
We may update this Product Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, operations, legal requirements, or internal policies.
Any updates will be published on our website with a revised effective date, and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect.
